BADGER analyzes bracketed text and produces case frame instantiations according to
application-specific domain guidelines.
It is implemented in C, flex, and bison.
The BADGER has been run on the following platforms:
DEC Alpha AXP under Digital Unix (OSF/1); Intel 80x86 under Linux (2.x); Intel 80x86 under Win(95/98/NT 4/2000); Sun Sparc under
Solaris 5.x.
